Zenreach has been a phenomenal addition to our marketing efforts. We have collected nearly 2000 valuable customer emails in just one month. Being able to measure how many customers walked through our front doors after sending an email campaign is beyond helpful. On top of that, the integration process was easy and straight forward with the help of their excellent customer service. I highly recommend Zenreach to any business looking to efficiently master email marketing.

Zenreach is surprisingly easy to use, even if you are not a tech expert. The platform allows us to regularly communicate with our customers. We have a South American restaurant in Walnut Creek and we frequently have information we need to pass on to our customers, such as menu specials, happy hour, Empanada Thursday, guest chefs, special sporting events (TV), contests and charity drives. Without Zenreach it would be difficult to reliably get his info. to our customers.

The system also tracks when your customers return after receiving a Zenreach e-mail, so business owners can check the effectiveness of their campaigns.

Their customer service is also excellent. Whenever I have a question, I can reach our rep., Alex, within minutes (a couple hours worst case). She always returns calls and e-mails promptly and respects my time. I highly recommend trying the service. If it does not work for you, you can always cancel within the free trial period; but you and your customers will be pleased with the increased communication!

Great customer service. I work with Courtney and she is always very quick on her email to help with any questions. The hardware and software are topnotch. It is much easier to create a mail blast with Zenreach than it is with Mail Chimp. Overall the service is expensive but I am a happy customer and would recommend Zenreach.

I was very happy with the Zenreach product and level of customer service from start to finish of the trial period, at which point I decided to subscribe to the service - mainly as a result of my Account Manager, Kevin, whose helpful advice and support made it really easy to understand how Zenreach can be a valuable tool for gathering marketing insights in a relatively low effort way. I have never experienced such a successful contact list building strategy before and that alone is well worth giving Zenreach a try if you are on the fence. I look forward to seeing how things play out with Zenreach in the longer term, but no matter how it goes, I'm confident that I will be able to use the tool to demonstrate a good return on investment for my clients.

We are so happy to have Zenreach on our team. Coming from Constant Contact it feels like we leaped into the 21st century. Combining email collection with smart email blasts, this is how marketing is supposed to work! Great customer service, easy to install and begin. This is a no-brainer. We are a skating center in Massachusetts with a lot of repeat customers, and now we can track them a little better, communicate better and increase profits.
