Super nice lady answers the phone she helped me set up auto pay. Very helpful most pleasant ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS NEED HER TYPE. GREAT HELP.

4* because water stinks ...Thankful they put in county water as the well water here is orange even with 2 5 ft filters... but it smells bad of chemicals I'll never drink it. It literally can be smelled from 3 ft away and rusts the hose ends fast.... I use for 2 automatic waterers for my livestock too since they won't drink well water very well. I think chemicals will kill germs that could spread things amongst livestock that's only reason I'm using it instead of well water just trying it will switch back to well if my theory doesn't work. It's got total chemical smell drink at your own risk . And my Bill started $35 now always triple that.

My bill went from 40$ ish to 299 they said I used 53k gallons water...nope and if I had a leak we would see water at 53k gallons next day got bill 48$ or so. Now bill $80+ next month. How does water fluctuate from 40 to 299 to 48 to 88? I'm home 5 days a month. This water meter needs to be checked.
