Audrey was very sweet and so easy to talk with. The 2D ultrasound was wonderful; we were able to see our baby projected up onto the wall right in front of us which was an awesome touch. We heard his heartbeat, saw him move a little bit and even got to see him in 3D (which I was not expecting!) Overall, our Pregnancy Peek experience was very positive and we will absolutely come back!

My experience at Pregnancy Peek was awesome! I had a 4D session done at 30 weeks and six days. The quality of my pictures and video I received are so clear. Audrey was so patient and so understanding. The place was super nice and clean, inside and out. This business is very responsive and they make you feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend them to others. You will not be disappointed at all.

The place was nice and spacious, and I liked the large screen. Audrey is very responsive with booking and helpful. We saw some nice things and saw the baby move while we were there, but the end result was disappointing. I know they can’t help it if baby isn’t cooperating or something, but it’s expensive to go home with blurry pictures. I still would recommend because I guess I just got unlucky.

Absolutely love mrs.Audrey!!! She has been a blessing and a half to go see and check up on the baby via ultra sound. Also fantastic customer service. She is always so welcoming and willing to explain things *especially to new parents wondering how we need to look at this ultra sound* Please go to her if you ever wanna see your little peanut on the big screen. With an environment that is priceless.

My honest review regarding Pregnancy Peek:

• Scheduling ☆
I booked online, then later got a text that my time was not available. I canceled that booking. I decided to book again another week, and again later received a text that my time was not available. I accepted the new time. I got a text same day of appointment, needing to move my time again... 3x is quite annoying.

• Location ☆☆☆
In my own opinion, I thought the location was out of the way and a little too hidden. No directions were given and maps directed me there, but a side note of (building is located behind other buildings) or similar would be better. Just honest feedback.
The facility was hot when we got inside, but no biggie. It was clean. There were not toys as stated there would be for children. We're not concerned about the whole plandemic that's going on so I'm glad we weren't required to wear masks inside. The employees did not have masks either, just stating.

• Waiting ☆
There's no waiting/seating area. I'm guessing it's a C-19 thing, but either way it was terrible standing outside with babies waiting to be let in the building. I had a long drive and when we got there we had to stand out on the porch. The whole "sit in your car and wait" thing is ridiculous in my opinion. I think thats kind of silly and if there's a overlap in bookings, then the booking windows need to be adjusted. There could be chairs or something at least. I also had to go across to the Pawn Shop to use their restroom... Terrible experience for the money I paid. If my Mother in law hadn't met me there, I would not have stayed. A bottle of water to be offered or something would also be a suggestion.

• Receptionist ☆
I am a business woman and I expect employees to be warm and inviting, especially in small businesses. We definitely did not get that in our time there.

She was nice as she should be in the line of work she's in, but I did not get the inviting feeling that I read a lot of other reviews say about her. It was a quick and get it over with appnt. She wasn't unpleasant or anything like that. I think some reviews are a bit misleading or respect of persons in this case.

•OVERALL ☆☆☆
I think I wasted $75 for a stale meet and with the scheduling and waiting, it was not a great experience and unfortunately I will not recommend this place to others.

The reason I decided to go to this place was mainly because I was getting impatient with my Dr office and decided to go to this place instead. And that's what I get, so it is what it is. It's all good though.
