After dealing with Liquid Tech for well over a decade, I called to place an order. They told me that my account was inactive and that I needed to place an order significantly larger than what I want or need. They also told me that they deleted all my artwork and information after a year because it took up too much space. No call, no e-mail, no text, not even a 1 time exception after explaining their policies. Covid was and still is around and we didn't need to order as frequently. Of course, as well as needing to place a big order I would need to pay for all new artwork. Now they lost my salon as a customer.

I’ve never written a review in my life but i felt it was important to warn you all. I Believe they are a bunch of fraud and scammers that provide extremely low quality products and printing. They also like to charge your card without your permission. Do not do your business here. You will REGRET IT!! RUN!!! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They don't allow the truck drivers to use the restroom here, i seen one of the drivers asking to use a restroom that it was an emergency but they said they don't allow truck drivers to use the restroom not sure if that's legal in a business since they are outside for a few hrs I'm sure they need to provide a type of room for them like i seem in my previous jobs
