Husband and I recently used DRM Document & Scanning Services in Canoga Park. Spoke to Mike earlier in the week and saw the positive reviews. Even though we had a shredding service closer to us decided to give DRM a shot. They did not disappoint. Called ahead - Mike wasn't there but he made sure Lymon would be on-site. Lymon helped unload 6 boxes of shredding. Were able to watch all docs being shredded. Easy experience, professional and affordable prices. Will definitely return! Thank you Mike and Lymon!

I rarely write reviews, but their service was Awesome/perfect. I called on Thursday and spoke to the receptionist about a pick up, She said I would have to speak to the owner and he was not in the office, but he checks in regularly. I left my number and within one hour he called. He was very nice on the phone and arranged a pickup at 315 on Monday afternoon. Monday morning he called to confirm. Monday afternoon their truck arrived on time, the driver was very polite. I showed him where my 54 boxes of files were and he began loading them. I bent over to help and he said "don't worry about it I got it, you can just relax I will have this done in about five minutes" so I walked in the house grabbed a glass of water walk back out and he was finished. It was really that easy. If I could give this business more than five stars I would. They called, they came on time, they did the job fast and correct and the price was very fair.( four dollars per box). I wish I had more shredding to do.

This place is awesome if you have unwanted paper laying around the house. I had purchased a shredder and realized it was gonna take me forever to shred everything I had . Luckily I found this place , I emailed them and spoke to Mike , got an estimate and showed up . Service was awesome , nice guy named Abe helped me out and I was able to watch and he shredded my paper work.
