I'm a sole operator with 400 units. Storage Commander has all the features of the most expensive options BUT it's completely stable and drama-free. I buy products that work for me, not products that I have to change my business to accommodate. Even as a relatively small facility, Storage Commander treats me like one of the 'big boys'. When I need support (usually due to my lack of understanding) they're fast, personable and don't quit until the issue is solved to my satisfaction. I have made a suggestion only to see it pop up in a future update, I know they listen to their customers and the browser based functionality is excellent. I've taken a payment and unlocked gate access from the beach in Fiji!

The customer service with Storage Commander is why I chose this software after having a worst case scenario with a former software product. The service is second to none! There are many features and I appreciate that the company takes feedback on how I as the end user am experiencing the product. I have a background in medical records and made a suggestion to add a separate document tab versus locating documents inside the ledger and they responded positively to this suggestion. They have gone out of their way on many occasions to assist with specific needs which I find exceptional. While the value is good and this may not be the cheapest software, I firmly believe one gets what they pay for, as the last software product was cheap but almost ruined our business reputation with losing accurate ledger accounts when they did an upgrade. Storage Commander helps me make the most of my time and my time is money so overall, this saves me money in the long run.

Many thanks to Chris (you made a great sales pitch), Kevin (you are the web master), Missy (hopefully you will look on our orientation as one of your most entertaining), Tim (we'll be forever tied thru the cloud), and Jordan & Andrea for your time and patience.
