Constant outages. We reboot our router at least once a week. When we ask for new equipment they tell us that there is work being performed on the lines. They have lied to us several months in a row and will not replace the faulty hardware we are paying for.

So the wifi is alright I currently use it, HOWEVER It really depends on your location ?. I've had their wifi for a few months now, and I pay for their gigabyte plan . But unfortunately, i'm only getting about two hundred megabytes on average. Every time I call customer service, they tell me that there is maintenance ?. The only reason I use them is because they're not super expensive. If it ever gets better I will update my review

If you want the absolute worst service, then go for Zito media.

I need a little bit higher speed than the other service providers in the area have, but boy was that a mistake. It's been about 8 months of terrible internet service, constantly out. Nothing being done about it.

Calling gets you nowhere, technicians won't even show up. I've been told several times that my modem is the problem, the same modem that's listed on their website as recommended. Then after I replace the modem I get "sir sir your modem is broken, our service is perfect, you need new modem sir".

No internet, no solutions, no fixes, absolutely nothing of value. Another plus? They won't give me a credit for my internet outages on my bill. Full price for maybe being online 10% of the time, thank you zito.

Frontier isn't much better though. Having good internet in Burney impossible thanks to these companies.

On going outages over 6 months, pay for high speed they are unable to provide but always have an excuse, "fiber optics don't take 4 months to fix". Unable to provide data packets without fluctuations constantly causing disconnection and loss. Promises of reimbursement, discounts ect that become a run around of account errors and same excuses. Ive addressed issuse so many times with customer service as have other members of my community to the point in which we've agreed to have them removed as providers we refuse to deal with a company that has no accountability yet blatantly cannot provide services they promise, the rights of the consumers come first not your financial profits

I signed up for the 1Gb service and only receive 56Mb. I called to complain about the poor service and I was told I needed a computer to troubleshoot it? I really need the internet because my Daughter is taking College courses at home. I asked for them to do their job but to schedule a tech, the appt is over a month out. So, I'm getting my laptop fixed at the Geek Squad.

The internet speeds are actually pretty good, but the problem is that it isn’t on half the time and the service is abysmal. Every time we called customer service we got put on hold until we gave up. They turn off the internet quite frequently and don’t ever say why. I switched to Frontier and really don’t regret it. Better price, better service, and really better, and more reliable internet. Hopefully they improve in the future or they’ll be put out of business.

This is an update to my previous Business ranking. I previously gave it one Stars due to the internet always being at a very low download speed. After 5 months they have now resolve all issues and even compensated for the time when my internet was slow. I did have to work very hard for the compensation but everything is great now! We are blessed to have a great internet company and an awesome team in such a small town! Keep it up guys thank you for all that you do 🙂

I can’t say enough bad things about Zito. It cost be $80 for no service, many phones calls, and finally cancelling. Their tech is Awesome and so helpful, but everything else is a joke from the service provided, to the phone techs, to their billing, to their promises of pricing. I’m blown away, not in a good way. Please don’t make the mistake I made this this service.
