We began using Murray Computer Repair for our business about a year ago. Just as knowledgeable as some of the bigger chain tech repair places. He has worked on a wide range of things for us including our surveillance camera system, our office computers, our network, our seo and google advertising, and managing our computers security. Murray Computer Repair got my business off the ground and running. I can't say thank you enough.
I needed A LOT of help setting up a brand new website. I knew the basics of using the internet, and thought somehow I would just wing it and build my own website. Ha. It was far more complicated than I imagined. Murray walked me thru everything, explaining every step of the way, and I actually learned a lot of skills that I can use in the future thanks to his ability to break every thing down in layman terms, all done remotely thru both instant messaging, emails and phone calls. Response time and turn around was great, as I was under pressure to have my page up.
We even hit some bumps along the way with my laptop seizing up and technical difficulties, and he was able to remotely fix my Windows program.
My website is completely functional and looks amazing andI saved hundreds of dollars. Can't go wrong.
