The new management at Poteau Storage has really stepped things up. The facility is cleaner, communication is better and the new online payment system is a huge improvement from before. Its so much easier now to log in and manage my unit without having to chase down someone or pau in person. You can tell they care about making the experience better for their tenants. NOPE! I had a storage unit here for OVER 20 years. NEVER...NEVER in those 20 years had any problem..UNTIL the new owner took over this last year. Units have been broken into and contents gone thru and thrown out in the driveway! Really? For $80.00 a month you, the new owners, couldn't hire a security guard to drive thru a couple of times each night? You, as the new owners, can't process payments in a timely manner? When I go into your website (which now shows that it is an "unsecured" website and make a payment it should NOT take three weeks to process the payment..and this is after I made calls EVERY DAY and left Voice mails EVERY DAY and sent texts EVERY DAY that were IGNORED! I thought there was a time limit that had to be followed on ACH payments..if so this place doesn't follow the law on them. 2 years ago this place was full and there was a waiting list for a unit...This is NO longer the case! I rented a UHaul and in the hottest part of August got my stuff out of G's while I still had stuff left. NOPE NOPE NOPE
