The Ranch has helped me change my life. From the Behavioral Health Techs, Nursing staff, and Therapists, everyone was extremely supportive. I highly recommend to anyone struggling to give this facility a chance to transform you. The community of clients is very comforting and inviting. We pass that culture onto all the newcomers so that those values continue to flourish. A great big thank you goes out to the Ranch for being there for us.

The ranch is a safe, serious, and comfortable location to start your healing journey whether that be specifically mental health, alcoholism/addiction or like many both. The staff ranging from behavioral heath technicians to therapists the alumni coordinator are all on the top of their game offering top quality help and guidance. The group dynamic is the main draw to a place such as this as forming bonds with the other members will help you immensely. Cannot how crucial the ranch has been in setting me on a path to a better, happier, and truly fulfilling life!

The Ranch as a whole has really changed my perspective on recovery and given me a new lease on life. This was my first ever treatment center I’ve been to and I would’ve never expected the amount of care that each and every member of the staff has shown to myself and every other client I have met here. The BHT’s are super accommodating to any needs or issues that I had and always did it with a smile on their face because they are truly here to support anyone who walks through these doors in need of help. The alumni program that they run “ROOTED” looks to be second to none in comparison to other treatment facilities, as far as keeping everyone in touch and keeping them informed about new opportunities for after-care as well as support groups offered by The Ranch. This facility has truly changed my life and has given me the opportunity to not only better myself, but to learn coping mechanisms that can change the way I am around others in social situations. I give nothing but thanks to The Ranch and every single staff member who has interacted with me on my journey.

I had a wonderful experience at the ranch. The staff were so great, very helpful. They worked with me during detox 24/7 I always had someone there to speak to and they actually would take the time to sit and speak with me. I was getting my medication leveled out when in residential and the community of women and the staff yet again were awesome . First rehab I started using coping skills at. I have clean time under my belt from using heroin . 5 years I have been clean off that and 3 years off meth. If you need help either with mental health or substance use I recommend the ranch . Always someone willing to help.

I was at the ranch for mental health. The food was great and so was most of the staff. The case manager team however was not so good. They were supposed to put me on a wait list for a php but they simply forgot to do it. There was a severe lack of communication. Now I’m stuck waiting for another two weeks. I would reccomend it for most people or if you are here for substance. It’s just my unique experience was so poor that I can’t in good conscience leave a good review. It doesn’t help that the ranch has almost no communication with their php the manor.

I had a great experience at The Ranch. The staff were all extremely helpful and taught skills that I will use forever. The Ranch was the foundation to my healing journey and helped me to create my path to my best life and self. The alumni program is awesome - there is even a weekend camping trip which was so much fun. It was also awesome to talk to others & make new memories with people who understand. Mandy did an amazing job setting it up. My kids also had a ton of fun and keep asking when they will go back.

I first and foremost wanted to thank all the staff at the Ranch. The nursing staff went above and beyond anytime I need help (Type 1 Diabetic). The BHT’s have mostly been through the same process! So anytime you have a question you could ask them and they go above and beyond. The Staff is so helpful leading you in the right direction. The therapist go way above for anybody. They have helped me so much from the curriculum to the discussions! They put me on the right path leaving here! I just wanted to say the Ranch has saved my life because I was going down a bad path!

I’m bipolar and I didn’t know that living a ‘normal life was possible until I came to the Ranch. They were so welcoming the therapist are amazing they gave me the tools I needed to live and prosper a much better life. The BHTs are so helpful and willing to lend an ear when you need to talk heck even the chefs take time for you. Btw food is great. I’m joining the alumni so I will have continued help line. That is how much they care about the people that come through the program.
