This is a great school to go to if you want to defend yourself. The lessons are easy but in depth so you can get a full understanding, and it's super fun too. Mr. Clemmer is an outstanding teacher and is wonderful to learn from. If you are on the fence, I HIGHLY recommend taking a free week of classes. Very much so worth a look.

We have 3 of our children in this program, and they all love it! Mr. Clemmer teaches them taekwondo obviously, but it’s so much more than that. He has helped them gain confidence outside of the studio and reinforces our values we’re teaching at home. I would definitely recommend this program!
