I have been going to Metabolic Research Center in Fort Smith for over15 years. I have been in maintenance and kept my weight off. The program does work and I am very happy with the personnel. The center is very well managed and if you need to lose weight I can highly recommend them to you.

If you are wanting to lose weight and become a much healthier person for the rest of your life, this is the place to go. The ladies that work here are top-notch and are always friendly and understanding of what I need. Their knowledge of dieting and weight loss was very helpful for me on my weight loss journey. They also have a variety of protein bars that are excellent, as well as some great supplement options. For me, it's not just about losing the weight but keeping the weight off. Metabolic helped me make a complete change through diet and exercise that has transformed my daily habits to a much healthier lifestyle.
