Took the grandkids to see Despicable Me 4. They loved it! We went to the early show so it was half price, $8 each I believe. Wow how do people afford to go to the movies! lol We didn’t get any snacks so not sure how those rate. We went on a Tuesday afternoon so there was only one other family was there so had the place to ourselves. Bring a heavy jacket! It was freezing in there even with a jacket on. Seats were comfortable. Bathrooms could have been cleaner but weren’t too bad. Plenty of parking.

We are in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and decided to go see a movie today. Seeing as how this is the only movie theater around this is the one we went to. First off, the fact that this place is cash only is ridiculous. I know they have an ATM there, but we are close to 2025 and very few people still carry cash (or want to use it for that matter). Second, I don’t know if it’s that they didn’t have enough people working or what, but the concession line took forever (there is something wrong when you only have maybe 5 people in front of you and end up waiting 15 minutes plus before it’s your turn). Next, we are sitting in a theater full of people waiting for the previews and movie to start….the start time came and went. We waited around 20 minutes before they realized the movie had not started and they only figured it out because a customer got tired of waiting and went to tell them. I feel bad for the people who live here and have no other options. The theater is terribly outdated, the floors are sticky, the seats were uncomfortable, and it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. Mountain Home I hope you get a better theater real soon.

I’ve lived in Mountain Home for over 35 years. Been to this theater many times with my kids & my grandkids. I was really disappointed of the trash, popcorn and spilled sodas in the theater. We were the 1st showing that day. I’m a mom & grandma. I can tell you with 90% certainty. This is at least a month or more of trash under each roll of seats. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed. My grandson flipped his shoe off. I wouldn’t let him get it. With that amount of trash. There could be needles or whatever under that mess. I almost wanted to just leave the shoe. Come on! We used to have a choice in town. Since you are the only one in town you can do better. I’m not sure I will be back. I have a lot of grandchildren. We need this movie theater. However this is a deal breaker. I will pay the high prices but not sit in filth.

Went to watch beetle juice today with my wife. Seen a younger male act like a complete professional and was impressed. There were probably 70ish people there and a couple with 3 kids one that wouldn’t stop crying and yelling. Seen the young man politely escort them out professionally when I’d have lost my patience and temper. Class act young man.

Love this movie house! This time was different...the theater room #1 Godzilla x Kong had popcorn and candy boxes all under the seats. We sat in the middle of row 5. They did have a help wanted sign on the windows. There was at least 4 employees we saw behind the counter. I'm just gonna say please check all theater rooms before the first movie of the day starts.
Maybe there was an emergency last night and it got missed. I always try to think of reasons why something may not have been done. Everywhere else appeared clean and we will be back. ?

Great seats, good scene, nice surround! Not too loud, usually. Slightly cold sometimes. But you don't want a room full of sweaty people! Lol! So take sleeves if you get cold easily

I went to the 4:15 show 11/1/24, first show of the day - popcorn and trash all over the floor under the rows of seats! I like having a movie theater in town but this also makes you wonder the cleanliness of the restrooms and the concession area.
