I can't thank Joseph enough for his expertise and assistance in repairing a completely physically destroyed iPhone. My phone was not properly backed up and all of my personal and professional data was at risk of being lost if my phone could not be repaired. Joseph took one look at my phone and said not to worry, I think I can get this phone back to a point where we can recover the data. A few hours later, my phone was repaired to a point where we could recover all of the data and transfer to my new phone. This was the absolutely the most seamless experience. My computer’s hardware was failing and had become painfully slow. Techloft took it and got it up and running so well. My laptop would not come up, but instead was stuck in a loop on a black screen. I did everything that I could possibly do, to no avail. I finally, looked online for a repair shop nearby, and found Tech Loft. After discussing everything with Joseph, I left it with him and he had it repaired that same day. This was my first experience with Tech Loft, but I can assure you it will not be my last.
