So backed up no matter if you worked for your employment insurance it's in no hurry to give you your benefits. Doesn't matter if your hungry or cold. Bills or no bills. You pay for it but it will pay you whenever it's more convenient for them as you are not a priority merely a number. Death and taxes are your only guarantee in life may you live to see your tax dollars work for you but in this case I have only been told one day I will have lights again but considering it's Feb 2022 and they are even into November of 2021 I will probably be at a homeless shelter by then but maybe I will be able to eventually at least be able to rent something as foreclosure is just around the corner. Thank Biden.

The Eldorado office is 100% more helpful and informative than the Magnolia office. Magnolia is rude, lazy and I'm not quite sure why they pay the lady to sit in there and do nothing. I'd take her job! I could at least be friendly while accomplishing NOTHING.

It's hard to get them on the phone but if you go into the office they will assist you. They are very polite and helpful. You can use the computers now. You can copy,print and fax here.
