What a beautiful library! Fantastic children's area, cozy bird watching area, a green space to enjoy nature, fun programs for all ages, functional, clean, modern meeting rooms, and the most friendly, helpful, enthusiastic staff. Take your family here!!
Had my daughter's baby shower here today in their beautiful community room. Very private, complete with small kitchen, large TV, plenty of tables and chairs, and clean, spacious restrooms. Also, very affordable!! After the shower, the littles, and a few adults, visited their huge, adorable children's area.

I went to the meeting room only and it was lovely and had a small kitchen. The bathroom was located close to the meeting room. parking is minimal but most of it shaded. A quaint library.

First & last time at this library. Not sure how they have so many 5 star reviews but this place was below standards at best. Because Jacksonville’s location closed at 6, i though I’d come here to finish my project since their hours of operation is open til 8pm. What a disappointment and a waste of gas and precious time. I get there and all they have for laptops are chrome books ? meaning, there is no Microsoft word program available, and you would have to settle for Google docs or office 365 or something. It was very daunting and frustrating; the librarians didn’t offer any real assistance, just advice, and the study room was musty with a lingering bad odor and the table and chairs were dirty. So this is how our tax dollars are spent. I will not be returning. Try getting some “real” laptops like every other library!

I spent over a month and a half living in their study rooms. By living there, I mean that I spent most of my days there. I never got to thank the staff there before leaving town, but they are serious the greatest librarians of all time. That isn't an exaggeration or an overstatement. I really liked the people working there a lot. It is always nice to go somewhere where the people know how to spell your epic last name and remember your face. Those kinds of experiences don't come often.

For anyone that has a kiddo that really likes DVDs, this library has a huge amount of choices. Their book selection for kids is great too.

For anyone who is a straight up nerd that likes to study, they have amazing little pod spaces to cuddle up in and learn.

Great place for books and DVDs. They got me reading again with one of their book displays. The audio manager offers the best customer service. I need to get their name and update my review later.

Great library for people who live in this area.

In Little Rock, we are lucky to be able to have so many libraries all throughout the city. I happen to live near this one, and come here all the time to borrow books and for a quiet place to get work done. There are 3 AMAZING little study cubicles I posted a picture of on the main photos section.

As you might expect, the book selection isn't quite as large as the Main Library, downtown, but it usually only takes 1 day for books to travel from their home library to your local library for pick up.

I do have one minor complaint about this particular library. It is not always the quietest. (Much noisier than the "Main" branch. On weekdays between approximately 3pm and 5pm (after the elementary school next door lets out), the library fills with children, and really becomes very noisy. Around 5, though, it gets quieter again, after the children's parents pick them up. The staff seem not to be bothered enough to try to keep them quiet. Believe it or not, the staff are often the loudest source of noise, as they do sometimes talk and laugh with each other in 'too-loud-for-the-library' voices.

In any case, bring headphones if you are easily distracted.

All this said, I still give this branch 5 stars. It's worth your time, for sure.
