I have waited over a year to get into doctors office. Then their was a referral problems, when I finally go in the seen me 1 time gave me some meds that didn't work. I tried to get in touch with th nurse and left messages on the patient portal which ur better off talking to someone. The doctor sent in a medication I couldn't even take and it was never discussed by the doctor to me. This was finally after a month answering my phone call because I called the director of the hospital office.... BAD BAD PLACE

I like the Doctor I see there, however, they are so short handed that it takes 3 months to get a follow up appointment! I think I am going to have to find a doctor that I can see when I need to see them! I have 4 different doctors and all of them are the same. Follow up appointments are 3 months out!

Dr. Lucchese is the best Neurologist that I have ever seen in different states. He's very patient and answers questions in a manner that is very easy to understand. He's so kind... he lets me ask lots of questions. ?

The facility was nice and clean. The staff was nice and and friendly. I am Wheelchair bound and haven't been weighed since 2017 so I was so excited that they had a scale where I could roll my chair upon. The Physician was very nice but at times very much hard to understand. I also felt like at times she might not have understood my questions or EXACTLY what I was trying to convey to her. But hopefully with the email I sent the nurse she could help me out. Other than that the UAMS Jackson Stephens Spine & Neurosciences Institute is a great facility to get treatment at. I also had my labs done in the same building.

Was picking up/dropping off so I didn’t actually park but to pick up is pretty crazy. Parked cars and no one inside blocking the entrance way. Had to sit for 5/10 mins until vehicles was moved to get out

My husband had cervical spine surgery, Dr. Paite, and team,we're wonderful. Everyone at the spine instute, and all people who we had at UAMS we're excellent!

Unfortunately my Neurologist retired so I had to find a new one. I was referred to UAMS by a friend. This was in May. Their first available new patient appointment wasn't until 8/13. I received a call 10 days before my appointment stating that physician is no longer with the clinic and they had to cancel my appointment. They stated they would call me back with a new appointment date. I've waited 3 months for this appointment. I still have not hear back from the office and cannot get anyone on the phone that can help.
