Stephanie, Kacey, Katie, and Meredith are making the impossible, possible! I’d gone to my medical doctor (who told me I’d forever be overweight unless I basically starved myself) . I’d gone to a plastic surgeon’s weight loss clinic. I’d been working out for over six months. I’d been gluten free and sugar free for over six months. This program works!! I love the protein drinks and bars! I also love that I can pick my food from the menu they give out! Real food that I can choose from and eat! I’ve already lost 26lbs in the 2 months I’ve started! NLR MRC coaches are awesome! Thank You!

I have been working with these awesome ladies since May. My progress is slow but they are always so encouraging and positive. I know I have made some lifestyle changes that I am sticking with all because they hold me accountable. The protein drinks are amazing. I love the fluffy nutty bars and the chocolate raspberry crisps. The zesty nacho chips have a great taste, too. It is worth a try if you want to do something for yourself but in a healthy motivating way.
