Frys in my opinion is one of the best supermarket chain in Tucson. Still carry Goya products. Meat is fresh. Shelves are fully stocked. You can literally find help and have great deals, vegetables are fresh. Helpful friendly staff. I was bless 2x by another customers kindness. Plan to pay it forward on my next visit

I'd give less than a 1 star if it was possible. Put more hours into your customer service center at this location. You all watch while no one is in line for your rows and the cs line builds up to that back door by chase. Absolutely ridiculous. You make the money. Put 2 people on it regularly. This happens everyday and since you all think where the location is is crap anyways who cares right ?

2.5 stars. I don't get it. They have the nicest people at self checkout that are smiling and helpful but other employees around the store are just jerks. When I do go there, getting less frequent, I try to avoid interacting with them as much as is possible.

I have been shopping in this store for well over 10 yrs. From time to time, I have to request that you get something in that has not been available. Now is that time. Please order BANANA FLAVORED CREAM OF WHEAT. Thank you.

There are no carts, even if you try to get one from the parking lot yourself. They sell expired food. The workers and management are rude and unprofessional. There are no manned checkouts open even during peak hours. You are sure to be ignored at the deli counter. If you speak to a manager they are extremely rude and blame their corporate office for everything. I have shopped here for 20 years, but will now drive across town for a loaf of bread instead.

Went to this location at 21:45 on 6/30/24 and was told that they were closed. I asked if they closed early and was told they close everyday at 21:45. Then why the hell is it posted everywhere that they close at 10. If you close the doors and refuse to let anybody in 15 minutes early everyday, maybe the closing time should be changed to reflect the actual closing time.

I litteraly just got these last night and half of them are molded, not even expired.
I blindly ate two last night and fed one to my kid without checking because I didn’t think I needed to check something directly out of the grocery store
