I shattered the screen on my surface pro. It took a bit of time ( 6 days) because they had to order the screen, but they got it working like it was brand new. I am a Dr and being able to have access to my computer is very important to me. Definitely quality work at a great price!

Was very happy with the service they gave me when the battery of my old laptop gave out. They came over to my house as soon as they could, got it replaced quickly and even showed me the old battery.

I was so happy with their service that when I was looking to upgrade my laptop, I asked them for recommendations and they sold me a machine I am very pleased with.

If I could shout their names off of a rooftop I would!!!! I am a technology novice and was having major computer issues. The staff (huge shout out to Derek!!) was very helpful and patient, he explained exactly what steps he was taking to fix my issue and why, and he did it in terms that I easily understood. My best friend needs some data recovery done, and as soon as I told her about my experience, she called right then and there! Thanks again for all of your help, my computer runs like a champ!! Give these guys a call, they will provide outstanding results!!!

Urtechguys did an outstanding job installing cameras at my work, and because they did such a great job I also had them install a security system at my home. I feel MUCH safer from all the crazy people out there with psychological issues. They have all the necessary licenses for their business. I don't know if they did or not for you, but that was your responsibility to check. If you didn't it's your own fault. You sound like a whiner to me, the kind of person to eat the meal then not pay after eating the horrible meal, lol.

Pretty sure this is a scam. They never answer the phone (which is good because these reviews seem fake, except the dude whose laptop was stolen and had to file a police report or the other people who have bad experiences)and have been evicted from one of their advertised location. I just took my phone to Ubreakifix, they actually answered the phone and have a non-sketchy office and reviews. READ THE REVIEWS (most are fake or spam because those accounts only have one review) and stay away from Urscammerguys haha.
