We have been a customer of IS Technologies for many years. Their VoIP phones have all of the features of a big phone system, yet intuitive to use. When we change staff count, it is easy to spin a phone up or remove one from the system. Its quick and easy. The phones are also great for remote working. I would highly recommend this firm and their services.

Our medical office has used IS-TALK's services for a few years now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they've always worked very quickly to resolve any issue that we have had. I also appreciate the ability to log in to the customer portal remotely if/when we need to modify our phone messages or route calls to a different number temporarily, etc. (due to a last minute weather related closing or a Covid related modification to our office policy, for example) They have reasonable pricing for products and service, which includes employee training and ongoing support. I highly recommend!
