Antonio was amazing! My home warranty company recommended them to come provide emergency service on my AC unit.The weather was hot and I work at home, so this was an emergency. He arrived and explained what it could be and then when he was done the AC unit was working. He recommended a part and that yearly maintenance would be a good idea, BUT he also said I did not need it right now.

This is the hallmark of a great company, no high pressure sales tactics, just plain good ol honest advice!

Our home warranty company told us we would have to wait over a week for someone to check out our broken air conditioning. When we told them that was unacceptable, someone from innovative air came out that same day. The problem was diagnosed and the repair part ordered. Innovative air stayed on top of the issue and followed up with us throughout the process. They even called us after hours to let us know they had a cancellation and would be out earlier on the day of the repair. Lito was amazing as well as Kathy in the office along with Brandon. We are up and running! Would highly recommend them.

Innovation Air was recommended by my realtor when my ac went out during our excessive heat. Anthony came out early the next day and replaced the motor. When the air went out yesterday, Antonio came this morning and determined that the circuit breaker tripped. He reset it and there was no charge.
