Jiansan is easily the most unprofessional medical provider and one of the worst I have ever made. This hand therapist has gotten zero professionalism and is also rude.

Towards the end of my third session, he asked whether my wrist was still hurting, in which with honesty I said yes as it was only 3 sessions and barely much was done by him. Mostly the nurses were the ones showing me some minor moves that were not too effective. No one would believe that after I said that, he kicked me out and blatantly told me to cancel all my following appointments as I had shown no progress while he didn't even put any effort in my rehabilitation program. I swallowed my pride and tried to become a bigger person by coming one very last time. When I came I already saw he was unhappy to see me, didn't greet, and gave me a strong kicking out vibe for no reason. After treating the others and ignoring me for 40 minutes on purpose, he passed me a single wrist therapy tool and said nothing, didn't even show me how to use it and a nurse had to show me how. Towards the end, he made a splint for me. In the middle of the production I just said "I can still move my hands" and he attacked me verbally saying "I know, no need to rush me, no need to tell me!" for no reason. and proceeded to brag "I have been doing this before you were born" etc.

This is not a professional healthcare provider but merely a bad person with zero professionalism and doesn't know anything about what he's doing. Shame that the rehab center is keeping a super rude and unprofessional worker that's taking his pay for granted while other staffs in the rehab center I met so far are nice and helpful. I am hoping that the hospital would read this and replace this worthless employee.

Jiansan's expertise truly shines through in his meticulous work on my hand, which suffered from a flexor tendon and digital nerve cut on my left thumb. Over the course of 20 sessions, he consistently demonstrated skill and dedication, leaving me not just satisfied, but amazed at the progress. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of hand therapy. Additionally, the staff at this facility exuded professionalism, knowledge, and patience, further enhancing my experience
