You guys are amazing! Thank you for taking care of my car! They fixed my light and blinker very quickly! Everyone was super nice and professional especially Brendan and Victor. They have great customer service and they were very clear about the service being done on my car and the pricing. If anything else happens to my car l will be coming back 🙂

I will never use another automotive shop ever again. I was given the best treatment they assured every issue was taken care of. They offered affordable prices and let us use one of their rental cars to ensure i was able to get around while they took care of my car. I truly felt well taken care of. A little pricey but the work is really good and they're also very thorough and the full diagnostic included in your oil changes is very helpful in figuring out what's wrong with your car. The employees are also very helpful and personable. Never had a bad experience here with my mini cooper, been coming for years now

Victor is very attentive and went above and beyond. His communication skills are excellent and kept me updated throughout my vehicle being in his possession. Customer service was friendly but the review is just based on pricing. Was quoted to repair possible bad lifters on my truck. They told me that it would cost $3.1k just to take a peek at the cam and lifters. Total estimate price was around $7.9k if I stuck with them. The rep told me that the lowest they could go would be around $7.2k when I told them I would be taking it to a different shop. I ended up taking it to a different shop that had my truck fixed for less than half of what they quoted me. I do give them props for correctly diagnosing the issue though.

Found this shop based on reviews. I have an Envoy Denali that was leaking oil. I had previously had the valve covers replaced but this didn’t resolve the issue. I began seeking out another shop and found Super Service of Pomona Valley based on reviews. I must say they didn’t disappoint.
Victor and his staff were VERY helpful in diagnosing the problem and even went over my repair options and costs. Very detailed explanation as well.
For anyone contemplating having them repair your vehicle; go for it. You will not be disappointed. Again Thank you Victor and to all the staff.

I live 375 miles away in San Francisco and needed a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a used car I am seriously considering buying at RTR Auto Sales in Upland CA which is about 3.4 mi away from them. Super Service of Pomona Valley went far and beyond their excellent service and picked up the car for inspection. The $150 Inspection Report they produced was complete with descriptions, photos and short videos on how each defective/leaking parts function. I was able to ask a lot of questions over the phone about their findings and helped me in my decision to buy the car with confidence.

Victor took care of all the issues that I had with my 2018 Audi A6. Unfortunately this had taken place during the Christmas and new year holidays, so it took a long time but since I was provided by a loaner vehicle every thing went well. I think it was a bit pricey but had no choice like everything else. So far I’m happy with all work that was done. Many thanks to Victor🤗
