Went for my first ultrasound of our baby. Everyone was nice. Asked if my husband could go back with me to see, they told us they would come back to get him. As they were taking the pictures Asked if they would be able to get him. They said they don't do that anymore after covid. Was very upset. Asked about the pictures at the end they said they would send them and still haven't sent anything. Very upset with the whole experience.

I was called by my drs office at 4:03 pm to be there in 5 minutes so that I could participate in the screening event. I arrived exactly on time, was greeted my a receptionist, and asked to fill out the registration form. As soon as I grabbed the pen a Hispanic man in blue scrubs came from the bus into the office waving his arms in an X fashion repeatedly while saying very loudly over and over “we’re DONE! That’s it, no more we’re done!” The male receptionist asked him very nicely if he could see just one last one, to which the technician replied (again loudly) “NO we’re DONE! Done at 4 pm, our last one is being imaged right now” I calmly explained I had been called to come here…he cut me off rudely and said “well I don’t know who called you but we’re DONE!” I left to my vehicle in tears, feeling completely embarrassed and ashamed. If these aggressive and rude people are who you hire, I most definitely would NOT recommend this company. Absolutely uncalled for behavior and attitude.

Had my very 1st mammogram today! Juan was very welcoming and checked me in quickly. Amy was great. She explained every step of the process and was very gentle. Super convenient location!

Service was great. Three weeks post visit and zero communication! I have been referred for more screening but with zero records to go with it, not from Alinea, not from my doctor, not from a letter in the mail, just automated emails telling me I have been referred every other day for the past week. Then when I call they tell me they need the test results that go with the referral sent from Alinea and that they will give them a week to reply before reaching out again. Had I just scheduled a mammogram with my provider I would not be feeling like a ping pong ball in the medical system and would most likely have already had it done. Honestly, I do not recommend unless it is a last resort and there are no other options in your network. Not worth the mental anguish.

Send it in the mail like a normal business! Although, I shouldn't even be getting a bill it's all covered by insurance!

Both the receptionist (Bertha) and the ultrasound technician (Renee) were wonderful and made me feel at ease for my exam. I highly recommend this place!

The staff here are truly wonderful!

I've been dreading getting my first mammogram since I've heard some horror stories from my coworkers about how painful and invasive they are. Although, from scheduling my imaging to the actual appointment itself, the staff at Alinea have put me at ease and made the process quick and simple.

I first spoke to Angelica to schedule my appointment and she answered all my questions and was really just so personable on the phone. I received several reminder texts until the day of my appointment with detailed instructions on how to get to the facility which was nice. On the day of my appointment the checkin was easy and quick. The facility was also very nice and clean. Patricia who did my mammogram was also extremely friendly and put me at ease, she walked me through everything that was happening and made sure I was doing alright. She was also open to answering any questions I had. The whole thing only took about 15 minutes and I did feel some discomfort but overall nothing painful and I would highly recommend getting imaging done here at Alinea!

No place to park, and they do not let the husband in at all . They will say they will come back to get u after the check-up and get you, and they don't. And then they will say they will send you an email or txt with the pictures, and they don't. This place is not recommended for anyone.
