I have found my favorite Tech repair guy, Sammy! I had a MacAir 2017 that, for 1 year, would not charge. 3 months ago, Another repair person had it for 2 weeks, changed the battery and still wouldn't hold the charge. I almost gave up on every getting it repaired but then I found Absolutely PC. Sammy, he analyzed the problem right there. He showed me the problem , said he could get it done by Saturday. I was happy that he put so much effort from the get go. I left my Laptop. Sammy called me back, he had it repaired within 1-1/2 hrs. I was able to pick it up the same day. I am so happy with his work. Sammy is also always smiling and very personable. I highly recommend Absolutely PC computers. The bonus was, his reasonable prices. He showed me tips on how to improve the performance of my laptop and included a velcro strap for my power cable. Great experience.

This guy rocks. Had an issue with a motherboard that was missing an LED light, brought him a spare motherboard and he was able to solder and unsolder the led light and it worked perfectly. Did it all within 20 minutes and he beat the pricing of all the shops I called. Definitely recommend

Fast service at a reasonable price. My laptop stopped taking charge one night and was fixed it within 1 day of me dropping it off. Samy is very knowledgeable and personable. I would return if any issues arise in the future.

I had messed up my keyboard by spilling juice and then months later trying to clean it out myself I messed it up pretty bad LOL but he was able to finish it in 4 days when he told me it would’ve been about a week so he’s fast, funny, and knowledgeable. He gave me other options if my keyboard had any other issues or if it was more damaged than we thought and the day of pick up he also showed me photos of what he did to my laptop which is great to briefly see the process. His pricing is also very fair and gave me tips to make sure I don’t damage my laptop again I would go back to him if I had any other issues with my devices!

This place ROCKS. My laptop completely died on me in the middle of finals week at school, and Samy replaced my battery in just a couple days. The Apple Store would have made me replace the laptop but I didn't have to because of this man! He also cleaned my whole computer and did a great job. THANK YOU!

I brought my laptop here a few months ago because the case was pulling away from the screen. It made a crunching sound every time I tried to open it, so it just stayed open for months.

I finally decided to bring it in for repair (this was the second time it needed this repair, so I decided to try a different repair shop).

He not only let me borrow a loaner laptop to get some work done while he was fixing mine, he got mine back to me the same day!

He charged the same as my last repair and it has been months and the repair is still holding up! I waited to leave the review until I was positive that it was actually fixed.

I definitely recommend this place for computer repairs.

i had part of my charger in my iphone port so i came here. the guy running the place actually tried to scam me for $60. he said it was a very special technique and that only he knew how to get the part out but that it would take 30 minutes for the ultra special technique that not a lot of people know and it was going to cost me $60. went to CPR repair shop in the village and they explained what was wrong and took the part out FOR FREE in less than 2 minutes. y’all don’t go here, this guys a scammer. go to CPR in the village.

Im a Firefighter for Cal Fire and am down here on the Eaton Fire. My computer crashed while running the helibase and Absolute PC was able to diagnose and come up with a quick solution to get my laptop back in service. Fair price and great customer service. He even came in on his day off to get my computer back to me.
