Has to be the worst planning department in the state. And probably not the planners fault. It has everything to do with upper management and providing enough staff. As grumpy as I get when submitting, because I know I am going to have to wait forever, it's just not the planners fault...they are overworked and under-staffed. Bad management. I bet upper management gets paid well...I am adding to my original message. It has been over two months since I submitted my project and the city has still not assigned my project to a staff member. I wish it was a little easier to sue, because I would file a suit tomorrow if I could. I am surprised that Pomona is functioning at all...to be honest.
