Make sure when your purchasing anything from this company that you read the fine print on their website. I ordered the wrong part and asked to ship it back. they pointed me to their website and said we don't take those back.
Ok I just want everyone to know it is definitely buyer beware with this company!!

Ordered a few outdoor speakers, then placed another order for 1 more. We thought we were getting an enclosed speaker but when it arrived it could only be mounted right into a ceiling which we can not do. Tried to call and see if we could exchange it out and pay any difference in price......not willing to budge. Would have to order another one.

Buyer Beware! We have had problems with receiving junk phones not once but twice now. After the first time we decided to give them another try. After receiving 4 out of 6 phones purchased broken and the lack of customer support to make it right. We had to pay shipping to return their broken phones. We will not be using this company again.

Buyer beware:
If you decide to purchase any Toshiba equipment from this vendor make sure you are aware of their firm 30 day warranty.(install was over 80 miles away so planning was needed). The item we bought was a brand new phone card and despite our Toshiba phone guy letting us know that is should have worked just fine - it didn't. I called the company to hopefully get a swap out or some kind of resolve - no good. The vendor would not return this item purchased from their company nor offer to swap out a refurbished unit as trade. Our 30 days was up.
30 days also includes weekends that the business is closed

Great customer service from Gabby. During live Chat she sent links to units I might be interested in based on what I told her I wanted. There are so many products to choose from. They treat an individual shopper the same as a large company shopping an entire system.
