I live near Mountain Home Arkansas and had my computer hacked into and had no access to my computer. I contacted John with Mountain Home Computer Repair and he immediately helped repair my computer and secured my computer and email. John was unbelievably accommodating and had my machine back in 1 day all cleaned out and ready to go. He provided me a receipt to give to my bank to verify the rebuild so I could get access to online banking again, with US Bank in MH. Then i didn't know how to log into my computer, so John made a special trip to my home in Elizabeth AR to help me personally the following day and hooked me up and got me up and running. I was extremely happy with his service and his expertise.

Last Thursday's storm caused an electric blip and "crashed" my computer. Now, I hate computer problems more than having a root canal or car problems. Did a Google search on Friday, found John's company at the top of the list with terrific ratings. Called him and we set up an appointment for Monday. He came out to our home, diagnosed the problem, moved some essential files to my laptop and took my PC to fix it. Got it back today, Wednesday, and it's back up and running. John was not just knowledgeable, but courteous and reasonably priced. I've dealt with IT techs for nearly 30 years in business and he is the best!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Although no one like to have computer repairs, John made the process very easy. First off, he responded very quickly to my call. That was the first sign of good service and I managed customer service departments for many years, so I have high expectations. I was then able to easily drop off my computer at the recommended location on a date and time that fit my schedule. He provided me a solid description of the problem and the timeline and cost to complete the repairs. I highly recommend you consider John should you need any computer repairs.

John is your guy!! Every time I’ve had an issue he was always easy to contact and right on it. My computer mother board went out and he contacted support for me and kept in touch. He’s very outstanding when it comes to working on computers! He’s also very quick too ! I highly recommend!!

I had started having issues with my Asus Rog gaming laptop slow start-up snowy screen started looking for a repair shop found Mountain Home Computer Repair on line noticed the 4.9 rating review. Thought I'd give them a try. Called I believe on monday John the owner we discussed the problems with a 10 year old laptop and decided on a full rebuild. Dropped it off on Tuesday John said should be ready by Saturday he called Friday with news that the new battery didn't come in so instead of waiting for it he put it back together with all the new components compleat rebuild less battery and met me with it showing everything is working except the lighted keyboard that couldn't be up dated without the battery. John called when the battery came in. I dropped it off he installed it updated it and in two days I had it back. Great job works as it should supper fast gaming and startups. I very much enjoyed getting to visit with you John and your lovely wife Kelly. You guys deserve a 5 plus rating hands down. Thank You.
