We have been using Digital Boardwalk for all of our company IT needs since the beginning of last year. I can honestly say that all of my experiences have been positive. From the initial onboarding, to implementing new processes to resolving everyday issues that come along with IT, it has all been handled in a very professional and timely manner. Eric Rodriguez at Digital Boardwalk has to be given a 5 Star Rating! For the last couple of days I have inundated Digital Boardwalk, Pensacola with several problems that occurred that I needed help with. I was fortunate to have Eric respond to my ticket requests and he did a fantastic job taking care of all issues. This was done with professionalism and patience. I have only been part of the Digital Boardwalk experience for a few months and I am AMAZED at how good the entire experience has been! I have done MANY GOOGLE reviews and this one is a pleasure to write. The service I experienced has always been fantastic from beginning to end. I heard of them simply through word-of-mouth and the more businesses I become involved in... the more I learn about how happy everyone is with them.
