I was very pleased with Smoot Electric Co from the first contact I had with them. They came out and listened to what our needs were and offered suggestions, which helped me make decisions. We received a very reasonable quote, agreed upon, and then they completed the work in a timely manner. They were polite, personable, professional, knowledgeable and they cleaned up. Very considerate. The wait time for an appt from two other electric companies was 10 days to 2 weeks. Smoot was the third company I called. They were at my home in less than 2 1/2 hours. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed it with me detailing the work to be done, the time it would take, the approximate cost and had it fixed within 40 minutes from arriving at my home. From the initial phone call to the service call Smoot was courteous, obliging, knowledgeable, and efficient. They will be my first call from now on.

Tracy in the office was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment. She said the electricians should be at my house at 8:00 and they were here at the exact quoted time. Jeff promptly replied to our request to evaluate our yard and he provided us with a very reasonable estimate. Greg and Dave had arrived at our home at the appointed time. The plan was meticulously reviewed throughout each step. I certainly appreciated our interactions and was made to feel valued. Just tried to call number for service. Hmm I wonder why it’s disconnected.

How can a business be in business if new business can’t contact? I guess they will just wait until a socket or bulb goes bad.

I am so pleased with Smoot electric! I recently moved to the area and needed to update our electrical. They are very knowledgeable and very good pricing! I had another company quote me 3 times more than Smoot. I don't remember all their names but thank you Bill and Tracy and Greg and the whole crew!
