I brought my PC in to have new parts installed and to be cleaned, and got it back looking and running great just a couple days later! Thess guys have withstood the test of time and thw burdens of being a small business in this area for decades. We know the feeling and have had to deal with many of the same battles and issues that they have over the years. A week ago, we had an ancient desktop with some pretty important data go out, and these guys hooked us up with a replacement power supply for a great price, and I simply swapped it out. They told me if I had any trouble to call or bring the desktop to them, and were professional and friendly as always. Thanks for fighting the fight, surviving the storms, and for doing what others won't do to help those of us who cannot fix everything ourselves!

originally went to get my computer screen fixed. the next day i was told that my computer had been broken, but he could give me a new one. wasnt very clear on price, told me a different price once the job was finished. ended up getting a smaller computer than what i came in with that also had a few scratches, but apparently better storage, so that’s… something. overall, i wasnt the happiest with my experience, so i wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend.

My laptop crashed. I did everything w/i my pay grade to fix it and came up empty. I walked it in to Greg's shop at Quintard Computer Repair expecting the worst. Wrong! Greg & Jaye had it up and running better than it had been before the crash. None of my files were lost. The amount charged for their services was very reasonable. I can honestly say that it's a good feeling to know that we have an honest, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, & highly competent computer repair shop here in Anniston. Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called in to inquire about a laptop hardware repair issue, but it was a few minutes prior to open business hours so I left a voice message. Greg returned my call promptly, as soon as the shop opened. I dropped off the laptop, and next day it was properly diagnosed , and part ordered. Unfortunately, when the new part was installed, the hardware failure proved worse than hoped and unfortunately it could not be repaired. Greg only asked to be compensated for his time to diagnose and attempt the part swap, and No charge for the ordered part.

This type of fair business practice is so refreshing !! Next time I am in the market for a used, fairly priced desktop or laptop, I'm coming in to see Greg. In person. I know I will be treated fairly and honestly, and that's all I ask of a computer shop. THREE THUMBS UP, AND FIVE STARS TO BOOT.
