Fred and Neil were AWESOME!

This was my first time at this shop and it will definitely not be my last. I had my OG M2 towed here all the way from La Mesa after a buddy suggested this shop; let me tell you... best decision I've made.

From the moment I arrived it felt like a was a long-term customer. Fred and Neil showed nothing but respect and broke down all they had to offer in an easy to understand way. The whole time it felt like I was talking to a couple of close friends. Did I mention they offer lifetime oil changes?

My car was here for 2 days and 9 hours of labor. I was given updates throughout the whole process including pictures through their online portal.

When the service on my vehicle was complete, I opted for an after hours pickup due to my work schedule. I picked up my vehicle and about a week or so later received a follow-up phone call to address any issues or questions I may have (I didn't).

Overall the entire process was just very, very smooth. This place is the real deal. Way better experience than dealing with a dealership. Good job Oceanside Motorsports team, you have earned a customer for life 😀

The owner of this business is extremely professional & friendly! He and one of his many mechanics explained in detail the services that our vehicle required!

There was no pressure used to get us to make an instant decision! We felt that we were dealing with a honest man who runs a honest business!

Repairs were completed in a very timely manner. No additional hidden cost & the cheapest rent-a-car in town! However, the best part for me was the above & beyond customer service that every employee offered us! We highly recommend using this company!

Fantastic service from Neil and the Oceanside Motorsports team all around. I brought in my 1979 Camaro for a myriad of issues ranging from engine and transmission work to suspension rebuild and they were all taken care of expertly. The technicians and staff are 100% transparent about what work needs to be done, and provide you with a digital breakdown of all work as well as price/time estimates and the ability to approve or decline any jobs you want. I was able to use a loaner car in the meantime which was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Fair price, quality work, knowledgeable staff that understands customers time and budgets.
I was looking for a new shop for 2007 Volvo. Came in for oil change and overall inspection. The fee for this is Very reasonable. OMS was thorough, including pictures and reccomendations for fix now and fix later. This is my wife's car and it needs to be in top shape.
I knew that our last shop of years was not addressing maintenance and OMS exceeded my expectations.
The brake pedal had felt soft for a year. Our prior shop gave the all clear. I didn't mention this to OMS, they noticed it during their inspection finding the brake fluid had 20% water. I let my wife drive an unsafe vehicle, thanks for having my back.

One of the best independent German service companies around! Extremely knowledgeable and gave exceptional service. Came in to get my Mercedes a B service which came out to a few dollars cheaper than dealer. Also was able to finish in one day with a complimentary wax and interior detail. I recommend everyone to spend the extra $55 dollars on the inspection so you can actually see what possibly needs to get done on your car and they actually will include a photo of each problem.
10/10!

Service personnel were ready for me at my scheduled appointment time. They arranged for a Uber driver to take me home and have me transported back to pick up my car at the shop’s expense. Upon pickup, a service manager would review the work performed on my vehicle and any recommendations for future maintenance. I am extremely satisfied with their work and customer services.

This place is amazing I love these guys. Fred was the gentleman I called when something went wrong with my scatpack even if he didn’t know the answer he would make sure I got the answer before I left the place. Fred has been an amazing help

Now these guys also do an amazing job when working on my scatpack they are super thorough when doing the 500 point inspection. When My scatpack blew a radiator the got my car in and immediately got to work I love how it was prioritized everything these guys have done for me is above expectation every time I brought my scatpack in I got it back in a better condition washed and inside cleaned. This is the type of shop who genuinely care about your concerns and your vehicles they are 100% fair and honest if you need the service done they’ll tell you it needs to be done and quote you a price right then and there if you don’t need the service they’ll tell when you should do it and/or give you reasons why the service is not needed. I will continue to take my car here. Thanks for all your hard work
