Though the services have been provided without issue i’m an frustrated by this community services dept. inability to adapt with the times. It’s 2019 and the only way they will accept bill payment is though cash, check or money order. They will not accept a credit or debit card payment on the phone and their is no way to pay online. In this day in age it would be extremely easy for them to get the technology to accept credit card. Now I have to spend time to either go get a money order from the store, buy a stamp and mail it off or physically drive over and drop cash off. Most people have multiple bills to pay each month and the easier the vendors can make it on the customer the better off everyone will be. Since I don’t know what the amount each billing period I also can’t set up bill pay through my bank. Annoying.
