Called on 2-20-25 and asked for a simple key to be made (no-chip) for a Honda. I drove from Riverside and to my surprise I was being charged $60!? Are you kidding me I've never paid over $15 for a blank key to be cut. I have paid $60-$80 for a mobile locksmith which made more sense to me. The guy seemed pretty bothered about $60 and I ended up paying $50. If I could give this place no stars I would. Wouldn't recommend. Usually it's common courtesy to let a customer know your prices before you do any work

Needed a new key fob for my Volt, buttons were missing exposing motherboard, issue is I needed the blank key cut, went here and didn't regret it.

Was done quickly within a few minutes.
Was done well, with no error trying out the key.
Was done affordably, with a rate that beats.

Simple to say that if I do need another key cut, his shop seems like a solid one to go to.

I had one of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was there 4/19/24
If I could give it no stars I would. Went there bought a remote key for my car he ordered it waited a day he programmed it and it worked for a week so I told him it isn’t working he said he’d order another key that took about three days he programmed it and it worked then the key fell apart so back I go. I tried to put it back together but couldn’t do it right when you push the button the key would not flick out so I had to dig it out and the chrome piece for the hook was off which wasn’t a big deal. So the guy takes the key works on the chrome piece for 15 minutes and says here I put it on. I’m like ok but the important part was getting the key to flick out and he said just gonna leave it like that. I said what you can’t fix it and he repeats the same thing. I wouldn’t have wrote this review if he had said I think it’s broke or I can’t fix it it was just I’m gonna leave it like that. PLEASE spend a few more bucks and go to a quality place. The guy I delt with was a big guy bald.

Needed spare transponder/remote key for 04 Honda Accord. Went in expecting to pay $130 (cheaper than anyone else!) Charles was very nice. He did a new key/case using my electronics plus a duplicate key I needed for only $51!! He's ordering another part for another key. Was so shocked and appreciative. Definitely going back! Nice to still have nice honest merchants!
