This was the worst experience of my life trying to purchase a RV. They had a used RV that we really liked. Negotiated the price to were I was comfortable and all was going well they really seemed to want to work with me. Then against my judgement I gave there finance team a chance to earn my business rather then just going to my local bank. Nick the finance gentlemen from Camping world across the street couldn't get the numbers right kept putting the base price higher than the online listed price let alone putting in the price we agreed upon. I gave them a card to have on file for my deposit and stated and wrote not to charge my card until I authorize it and I have seen some paper works with real numbers and I am happy with them. Well they charged me the 8,500$ before even showing me any financing numbers and at this point I was so mad I should have just got my money back and left. Then they kept screwing with the numbers and not getting them anywhere close to what they said they could and it was a waste of almost my entire day off. Just Lie aft Lie from Nick and team. I asked for PO so I could go to my bank and then they got those wrong. Randy the manager who isn't that smart either assigned me a new finance person and sent me the Proper PO with the right numbers. He even stated he would wave the so called 1500$ set up fee which I was grateful for. I got the approval from my bank got a check and let them know I was all set to purchase the RV. By the way my bank was able to save me hundreds in monthly payments and a smaller deposit. Let them know I had the check for the PO they sent and then come to find out he said he sent the wrong one and now I would owe more than what we discussed. He said don't worry just pay the difference on your credit card. So now all of a sudden because I go to my bank they need to add back the Set up fee and charge more. Worst experience of my life with some of the most dishonest people I have ever met. DO not shop at Camping World or Grand Design in Green Bay its the same people that work at both locations they just cross the street. Crooks!!!!!

We purchased a used 5th wheel at Grand Design Green Bay. Vincent worked with us from the initial visit until pick up. He was so nice to work with through the entire sale. Rob did a very thorough and helpful walk through of our new unit. Ryan was very professional and helpful in arranging our financing. Fin worked with us to get the best trade in amount for our former unit. We finished up and left for home. We were about 25 miles from Grand Design when Vincent called. He was concerned he missed saying good bye and to thank us for working with him. He thanked us for choosing Grand Design and that he and the dealership are always around for help. In a world where sometimes Customer Service is overlooked, it was nice to work with a company that remembers how to treat customers. They treated us like we bought a brand new unit instead of a used one

I give this place 5 stars because they didn't act like the old time used car salesmen types. I had Vincent, he is a family man and he understood I am a single mom with one 6foot 3inch 15 year old boy. He understood about the room I needed to keep my privacy and the room my son needs for gaming, eating and sleep. Out of eight dealerships this one ranked number one. Vincent did a comparison of RVs to fit my needs and that made me happy. I felt like I was shopping with my brother, from another mother. He pointed out things that I missed in wanting in a RV, love that because this was my first time getting an RV. Go in and ask for Vincent, tell him Holly sent you!!

My wife and I walked in and was not allowed past the front desk until we provided Our driver's license. Everyone coming in had to let them take a picture of their license. This is a complete overreach of customer privacy. I dove 63 miles one way to look at this ficitaly. I was not the only person to have a problem with this. I will not spend my money with grand design. I will call the cooperate office on Monday. Maybe since I was willing to go 63 miles one way I could just take the ferry to Michigan to Bishes R.V.

They were wonderful. When my family and I walked in the building we were immediately treated like family from the lady that greets you who fed our children chocolate/treats and coloring books, to our sales person Cody Gabriel, to the manager Thomas Finigan (Fin,) to the service advisor Jonathan Echols, to our financial guru Rebecca Starcz-Johnson. They literally treat you like one of theirs, a human verses another number/sale. Our salesman Cody was extremely helpful and making sure our camper was the right fit for our family. Cody wasn't pushy with selling anything and was honest with the questions we had, he made sure, it was the right fit for us. Rebecca was amazing and worked with us even off her work hours to make our dream come true and fast. (We were able to get our camper within three days of making the deal.) The team worked with us financially to make it affordable for my family. My family and I couldn't have asked for a better team then the ones we worked with at Grand Design. They exceeding my family and I's expectation. When we left with our new camper there was no question in any of my families minds that we made the ABSOLUTELY right decision. Their team made us feel comfortable about the camper and our decision of buying our DREAM camper. We cant wait to make memories with it. I would highly recommend ANYONE to go to Grand Design in Howard Wisconsin.
