I am very disappointed after yesterday's trip to this store. We live in the area and had shopped there frequently but we will never set foot in a Kroger owned store again. I was rudely confronted by the manager asking questions about the registered, task trained service dog. He was behaving perfectly the entire time we were in the store. The manager decided that he didn't believe me, so he kicked us out and made a huge scene in front of the whole store. I have never been discriminated like that before. I am always happy to answer the questions about my service dog but this was an attack. It was a very sad day for me to see that someone could be so mean to a person with a disability. I will be contacting the home of Kroger and the Us Deparment of Justice to file a complaint.

This store is cruel and degrading to its customers! This is where the elderly have been going for their groceries, for years. I see them come in as couples or alone and are stuck waiting in excruciatingly long queues, for a self checkout register. And you know they will be very slow which extends the wait time.

Last week I walked into this store and saw extended lines backed up way down the store isles. It broke my heart to see these people treated so. Not one cashier at the service registers!

I walked in, saw the long lines, complained that this was rude and inconsiderate towards their customers. I then walked out and unless things change, will never return.

Very courteous and understanding, takes a little longer than usual being understaffed... Be understandable courteous & polite they are working there butts off, it takes a real person to notice & accept if it wasn't for the few working you'd be going to econo (rip off all the way around) or Walmart, where there is no human interaction and robots running damn near everything... Pick & Save it's not so bad considering.

Great selection of lots of produce, grains, and even processed foods. They have everything you could possibly need. It's a great place to make a one stop grocery shop and get everything you need to fill your stomaches and everyone else around. They even have a self check out.

I agree with all the one star reviews. Sadly an old man was trying to bag his stuff. The lady working there wouldn’t help him and my cart was blocking me. Then she comes over to (help?) me throws some stuff on one bag then leaves. When I get home there’s coke in my bag and my cream cheese is not there. Can’t find competent people I guess. How do you have a 3 rating when there all one stars. Can’t even trust you on the basics. Please avoid as will I. Embarrassing

Enjoy standing in line for 20 minutes to buy your single item for the single cashier open, while 9 people wait in line for the self- checkout, as all 4 bleep out: Help is on the way! for the single attendant working them. I only give two stars because they carry a few items I can’t get at the other, equally abysmal stores in town. Progress!

What do you do when standing in line for 10-15 minutes to pay for your groceries? Write a review. Over 2 dozen people in line to check out with only one staffed checkout open. No bagger. The self checkout is also packed. This, at one of the busiest times of the day. Not good.
Fortunately, the manager opened a register just as I was writing this review.
