I’ve had two instances with a certain employee here. First one she was trying to be super talkative with my mother and I at check out. Ok not a big deal. But when we didn’t engage with her like she wanted she said “ wow, not a talkative group I see, we’ll FINE! “. Now the other day I was in there with my 18 month old and mother shopping. My child was fussy so I gave her a hanger to fiddle with. As I’m turned around looking at clothing, this same woman makes yet again a rude comment. I hear “ ma’am, your child is DESTROYING our hanger! “. My daughter simply peeled off a small foam part of the hanger. As her mother, when I noticed it I would have fixed it a taken it away on my own. I do not need some rude employee insinuating I’m allowing my child to “ destroy” property. The way she came off was just uncalled for. Rethinking coming back here.

It was clean and well organized overall, and I was able to find some cool shirts so it wasn't a bad stop. The cash register folks were also super nice as well, which made the shopping experience nice.

Staff was weird..I brought the cart in the fitting room with me and I brought 8 pieces of clothing thinking it shouldn't be too much of an issue because the store wasn't busy and was closing in an hour. So I go in, try my clothes on and as I'm about to finish up, some dude comes up and knocks on my door, says smth along the lines of, hey please don't have more than 6 items in there and don't have the cart with you for your own safety. I go, oh okay and try on my last piece of clothing and change back into my clothes. As im putting my shoes on, the guy comes back, knocks again and says, could you please take the cart out ma'am, at this point I'm kind of disturbed and I go yes I'm changing. I was going to buy a shirt but was so uncomfortable with what just happened that I decided I didn't want to anymore. So I put my clothes back on racks and continue to walk around the store a bit more. I see that I'm being followed and see these workers stop to look at me. At this point, I just wanted to LEAVE. I was so unbearably disturbed. I put my cart back and walk out. As I'm walking to my car I hear a guy say out, thank you have a good night. I brushed it off thinking it was just people talking behind me, but then he continues to speak up and go, HEY have a good night. I turn around and see it's a white guy on the heavier side and just go, oh thank you? I go inside my car in disbelief of what just happened. I sat in shock and felt so disgusting disturbed and uncomfortable that I never wanna come back to this goodwill. It was my first time to this goodwill and it WILL be my last. I don't understand why the staff behaved the way they did over some minor misunderstandings; but I brushed everything off until that man FOLLOWED ME outside the doors to say something. If I could give no stars, I would.

been shopping here since i was a kid with my mom, store is messy and dirty now, extremely overpriced ($8 for a $2 polyester shein top) and some rude employee told me and my friend to “not talk in her bathroom”. weird, unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

Walked into the store looking for something to upcyle into a kitchen cart. I FOUND THE PERFECT ITEM on the sales floor. I took it with me to purchase and was followed through the store and told that I couldn't purchase the item because it had been on hold for someone that had already purchased it. NO SOLD SIGN on the item and it still had a sticker on it. I find this in poor business practice and am very disappointed. I will think twice about donating and shopping here from now on. I would give it a zero star rating but it's not an option.

Have shopped here for the last 15 years. Definately has gone down hill in that time. Dirty, over priced, messy store. Better off driving the extra distance to the rib mountain location. Used to have friendly staff. Used to find good deals. Don't waste your time, better off hitting other thrift stores that aren't good will branded. Bathroom is usually messy, and smelly

I have been shopping at this location for years. Very disappointed in the current inventory. If you go across town to Rib Mountain they are jam packed. I do not get it. You definitely can tell we are in hard times & more people are learning the art of thrift but too many items on the racks are not in good enough condition to be worthy of their pricing!

The clothing prices have been much too high for quite a while. Now I only look at the clothes on the clearance rack and sometimes even those clothes are priced at what all the regularly priced clothes should be.

The "new" items prices also are a joke. Still hidden treasures are to be found if you dig. I do still shop there but now I only donate to Saint Vincent's, whose prices are much more realistic. The goodwill's employees are nice, the store seems clean and doesn't smell bad.
