The professional headshot photos turned out wonderful! The photographer behind the camera knows how to make you feel comfortable when you are in the shoot, and is easy to work with. She was so accommodating when I was being picky about my facil expressions and figured out lighting that best suited my concerns. I was annoyed with myself, but she didnt seem to mind at all and was happy to help me get the best shot! The turnaround of the digital file delivery was shockingly fast. I couldn't be happier! 😊 thank you!

Tiffany was very flexible and accommodating to work with when I wanted to schedule pictures to be taken of our family. Great communication with a reasonable response time when I messaged her. I wish I could give her zero stars due to terrible customer service and communication skills. A couple years ago, she took portraits of my dog who recently passed away. Unfortunately, I misplaced them and contacted her to see if I could get replacements. She told me she would look, but after 2 months I realized I wasn’t going to get a reply. I then tried to reach out to her several times over Facebook messenger and directly on her Facebook page; it shows she has read the messages, yet she refuses to answer me. She could at least tell me that she can’t locate the pictures, but instead she chooses to ignore me.
