Was recommended by a family member to go here. They got me in somewhat quickly. Although they took longer to get it back than expected. The bigger issue I had forgotten to be specific about a grill I previously had on it was fixed back to stock but not back to how I had it. I asked if there was anything they could do but they weren’t willing to do anything. Which is somewhat understandable.

But I had a family member recently go in and get a body work fix. Wiring broke in a back up camera while working on the truck. Although the wiring was not in perfect condition before the repair started if something broke bc of the repair being done or mistake by a worker. I feel that the company should fix the issue. When the truck went it all worked and when we got it back It didn’t. Asked for them to fix it and cover it they said no, asked to pay for half they still say no and charged 600 dollars from something they broke. Very unprofessional I will no longer be bringing my vehicles here nor recommending others to come here!

My wife and I were traveling from the U.P. through Wisconsin back to Ohio. We were a bit north of Wausau when a deer ran out and did damage to my 2018 Chevrolet Colorado. There was extensive damage to the truck including the radiator, intercooler, condenser, entire front end and left front fender. I got a hold of Precision Body & Frame and they said they’d take care of me. As we were camping, we had quite a bit of gear on the truck as well as a bicycle rack and roof top tent. They stored the bicycles and bike rack in a secure location for us while they fixed the truck, as we couldn’t take it on the rental car home with us. When they did complete the job, I flew into Wausau to pick up the truck and they even picked me up from the airport! They really did an awesome job fixing up the truck as it looks new again. Even detailed the interior! I can’t say enough about these good folks and the great work that they do!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Wow, I am blown away by the level of care that I was shown throughout the process of having my vehicle fixed. The staff is so nice and caring. Bob is a very kind and sincere person. I don’t plan to go anywhere else for my vehicle from now on. I am very happy with everything they did. I will be back for any future needs for my van. So thankful to have such a wonderful business close by!!

They botched a roof install on my truck on top of the fact we had an appointment it was supposed to be a week ended up being close to 9 weeks go to pats auto body way better quality

Tonight the battery in my vehicle died. I called Precision Body and Frame and they came right out and helped immediately. It was almost closing time for them, and they didn't hesitate. The person who answered the call and the man who came out and helped charge my battery were great! It was an awesome experience. Thank you Precision, I appreciate you!

3 visits, 3 failures. 1st- Failed to fix minor clogged fuel injectors & dirty fuel filter. 2nd- Left an entire rachet & set in engine compartment, which could have caused major damage. 3rd- took car in but didn't even start work nor call me before date set to pick up car. You have been warned.

I was at the Kwik Trip over by Weston and my car had died. Some random stranger by the name of Steve who works here? Forgive me if I got his name wrong, was so kind to help jump start my car out of the kindness of his heart. I just lost my father a few days ago and he would have come out to help me but I just sat there crying because I was so sad that he was no longer here to help me. I just truly felt that Steve was sent to me by an angel. Thank you so much for being so kind. God bless.
