Wish I could give zero stars for customer service and quality of benefits. They changed my benefits without informing me nor asking for my permission to change my daughter's diet. So when I went to shop my card was declined because they changed what I am able to get with no notification at all. On top of that, their phone number is non working and you cannot even leave a message. It rings, answers the phone, then hangs up immediately. Terrible customer service, and negligent for changing a child's diet without informing the parent on top of the benefits changing without informing me of it so I wasn't able to get what my child needed. Why would you change someone's benefits without informing them or discussing it with them prior? It shows that you do not care about your clients and it shows that you do not understand that a parent has a right to be informed and deny your request to change the diet
