I was having issues with a slow computer so I took it here for a hard drive replacement. Mark was very knowledgeable and honest, informing me that a new hard drive wouldn't fix my computers issue and instead did some cleaning up and other services to improve my computers performancr for a fair and reasonable price.
Very good service, high integrity and definately somebody who is highly skilled with computers. There is a reason he has nothing BUT 5 star reviews.
Highly reccomend and will definately be using his services in the future if needed.

Mark came to house when he said he would. He spent 30 minutes trying to fix but had to bring back to his shop. With further diagnostics he found my 2018 hard drive was bad. He salvaged almost everything from this drive onto a new drive and reinstalled new programs. He returned my computer, and defective old drive and made sure everything was working as it should on the new one. A lot of work for a more than fair price by a guy who keeps you in the know. Thanks Mark!

Mark is amazing! He is very professional and so proficient at what he does. He understands what you need and assists you in getting it accomplished in a timely manner. I needed a new keyboard and additional space on my hard drive and he made sure that everything was replaced and moved over. I was back up and running within 26 hours!

The motherboard on my laptop went out and while there’s never a good time for this to happen, it happened as I’m going through daily hospital treatments preparing to start chemo. So much of what I needed was on my laptop. I was given exceptional service returning to me in record time a fully functioning laptop with nothing lost at a very fair price. With recommended and use for all computer repairs!

Mark was very helpful even thou wasn't able to fix my computor went out of way to find someone that could fix it but was not able to find one here in usa so I will replace my computer with help from mark. Thank you Mark
