I've done business with Flanners on/off since they're original location inside Mayfair mall over 30yrs ago. They sold me my very first stereo rcv (Onkyo). Yesterday I purchased the Sonos Arc soundbar & subwoofer. Couldn't be happier. Pleasant experience overall. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Rcv a great deal on the sub considering it was the floor model. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to go to Flanners for their audio/video needs. Working with Dave was easy, as it should be. I do think, however, installation cost was a bit steep considering I (in all honesty) did more than half of the work. That said, I would certainly go back to Flaners again.
