I walked in at 8:00 Monday morning with a bad switch and by 8:05 I was walking out with the perfect replacement. I spent half of Saturday looking all over town with no luck. Each place I tried recommended Positive Electric. They were right. The counter men were friendly and helpful. He knew what the part was before I had it on the counter. I will definitely be a dedicated customer going forward.

The owner was in the shop on Friday, July 5th, doing paper work. He wasn’t truly open because of the holiday, but took time out of his day to show us a lawn mower. On his day off, Saturday, he came into the shop at 10 am to allow us a test drive. We purchased from him, not only because of a perfect driving zero turn, but also because of 100% pride in his business and willingness to make a customer match to perfection!! Great business in the Shawano area that does a fantastic job. Dropped off starter to be repaired. They took a look at it fixed it, and contacted us promptly, and we ran in and picked it up. Got us back up and running. Highly recommend them.👍🏻
