I recieved excellent care both in the ER and especially on the 2nd floor. Every aide was exceptional, helpful caring and wonderful. The nurses were caring knowledgeable and very nice. The doctors bedside manner was great and I felt safe and they all worked together to make aure I was comfortable and put my mind at ease. They legit saved my life!

Shawano Theda Care wound clinic review A++++, recently brought my Mother for a serious wound she had previously been septic from. All I can say is what a fabulous staff ,our Doctors and Nurses were absolutely fenominal thru the months of care and healing. True examples of how patient care should be everywhere. Thank you girls you are the best !!!

Go to the ER in Green Bay now because Thedacare Shawano ER will hope you expire before they help. Unhelpful and damaging care for over a year from nonER doctors as well.

The gals in admitting need to stop saying "hon" and I never did get my pre-op phone call as promised. I had to call to find out the time of my procedure.

My husband recently had an episode with his heart. The ER team took great care of him and even me while waiting for tests. 10/10 for the doc on staff that night and his nurses.

Connie Lynn is a woman that works for this place and she is not a kind person. She should not be in the healthcare field, she's a scary human. She is on Facebook putting down homeless people, and people with substance use disorder, she is laughing at people who are in pain, and going through trauma. She works in the healthcare field? She works for this place? You have somebody on staff who is uncaring and unfeeling, working for you, that it makes me never want to use your services.
