Friendly phone staff. Everyone I talked with when setting up new service was very friendly and helpful. Their customer service is the reason why I decided to use their service for internet. You want to feel like you are taken care of then use Norvado as your provider.

Customer service is phenomenal but they do have a monopoly in cable and internet service. Please open up and let spectrum and charter in. They have much better prices and have introductory bundle prices that last for a year. Like 30.00 per service. Norvado has never had prices that low. The service itself is not the greatest. I'm supposed to have the fastest speed but occasionally my videos buffer (this should not happen at all with the fastest speeds)

We have used Norvado since buying our house in WI. The internet has been very reliable throughout all of the rooms in the house. It's actually much faster than our internet was in Chicago. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. No complaints!

Great service. I never get a circuit busy signal like before. Phone is always on even in storms.VERY IMPORTANT when you live way back in the woods. This review is for our phone under Allan Granbergs name. I am his wife.

Great service with minimal downtime or service hiccups. Have upgraded and continue to upgrade the service which is amazing and I can't complain about that. Did create problems along my driveway though, installation of fiber left huge rutts and some collapsed areas I am unable to afford to repair nor do I have working equipment to do so. Representative that stopped by asked about the service and mentioned it. He asked if that was due to the fiber installation. He said he would look into it because our driveway shouldn't have been left that way. Haven't heard anything.

Norvado service has been exemplary in terms of downtime, even in poor weather conditions. When service has been down it has been restored quickly. The cost is a little higher than competitors but the broadband speed is unmatched in the area.

Since moving to the area I have been satisfied with our Norvado internet. I have not had any issues. The prior owners had fiber optic installed and it's been great. When I have contacted customer service they have answered my questions.
