We had to use this facility, for an appointment given by the optumserve (veteran affairs)They are continuing to harass us about repayment of an appointment that is the VA responsibility.

Multiple calls to resolve with have led to us being told " we can't expect other people to pay our bills".... Very disappointed this is how we treat veterans and in general people.

I can't say enough about Diagnostic Radiology. I've been told by other clinics my breasts are dense and hard to read imagines. Not here. My recent mammogram showed changes from the last one and they immediately got me back in for further evaluation. The very next day I was scheduled back in and the team was super supportive and explained everything. Truly life savers. Thank you all!!

I had a very bad experience. The billing department sucks! I met with an accident in rice lake. I had bills from 4 different hospitals and tracking all of them was really hard. I always made sure that I was on top of things and paid all my bills as and when it was due. But Diagnostic Radiology Associates never sent me updated bills after my insurance paid its part and they never gave me a single call asking me for new address or telling me that I have new bill. This 68$ bill was then sent to collections and by then I was travelling internationally. I received letter from collection office 3 months later (No calls again). I paid it off but I couldn't dispute because it was too late. I called Diagnostic Radiology Associates to consider removing collections notice from my credit report and they denied it upfront. It is painful as it is to go through accident and post accident can get as hell as that because of such medical providers.

They talk you into going the expensive route of your insurance so it would go toward your deductible. A $600 MRI is $3,500 with insurance, how can there be such a price difference? This place should be investigated.

Horrible service, billed months after injury and other bills were paid. Services charged were not services requested from an accident where the hospital sent them images and THEY BILLED ME TO READ THEM WHILE NEVER INFORMING ME OF THE RESULTS, instead I was told to see a specialist by the RN since it's was obvious even to a layman that the bone was broken. What a joke, shame on you.
