Was just in to drop off my daughters car for an oil change and needed to add other things to be done to it, worked with Skylar in the automotive department who was so helpful and accommodating! Great employee to work with! He deserves employee of the month award!

I had a mechanical issue with a high dollar purchase at this store, and the manufacturer didn't want to honor the warranty. The store manager intervened with the warranty claim and leveraged Blain's corporate relationship with the manufacturer to fulfill the warranty.

Would I make another high dollar purchase here? Absolutely.

We went in there to find some birthday gifts for grandchildren, and we were surprised there were Christmas. Items on sale as well as toys and also the staff were friendly and helped us find the things we were looking for, super clean bathrooms and courteous.Check out staff.

The staff are nice and helpful. The store could have been cleaned at little better, but honestly it is a farming store, taking the into consideration. I enjoy shopping here when I go to shop for lawn and garden items.

Love the new updated interior and exterior. I love browsing the pets, housewares, shoes, and clothing departments. Toyland around Christmas time is a big bonus too!
My only complaint is that all three entrances to the parking lot are, well, stupid.

Did not have the two items I wanted. Got nipped at by a large dog, a young couple was walking 2 large dog's. I will not set foot in there until they end this ridiculous dog walking. policy. They should be thankful I'm not contacting a lawyer. It was that close. Five stars for the young man at the tire desk in the evening on 8/20/24. He went above and beyond with his service and excellent attitude. Took care of an urgent problem I had with a trailer tire.
