Unfortunately, I had a less than ideal experience with MSSI. I was traveling with a different company (RTG) but they got bought out by Triage and Triage no longer had an agreement with my facility. I basically had to pick MSSI to continue on another extension. The biggest downfall of this place is their timekeeping. Every other travel company I have worked with does not use a secondary time keeping app, so instead of just punching in/out on one app you will need to use Paylocity as well which is just a hassle. Additionally, I got emails constantly from the accounting team that something was wrong with my card from Paylocity even though I rarely had any issues with my facility Timecard. This in itself would prevent me from ever taking a contract with MSSI again. On a positive note, Julie was amazing to work with whenever I had questions that my recruiter could not help with but unfortunately she no longer works with MSSI. I wish I could follow her to where she moved on to! For any techs (allied health) I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

I have worked with many travel agencies over the past 5 years and MSSI has proven to be one of my favorites. Easy onboarding and zero issues with getting paid. I'm about to renew my third contract with them. My only complaint would be the lack of MRI job opportunites. However what they do offer has much better pay rates than other companies.

MSSI has been a great company to work for as a contracted registered nurse. They have excellent communication and reasonable benefits, such as 401(k). The recruiters and on boarding process has been very efficient. It appears that there contract/pay is better than other agencies out there. Would recommend.

As a travel nurse, your recruiter and company can make or break your experience. I was so lucky to work with Tamra at MSSI. she consistently advocated for my needs and worked tirelessly to ensure that I was getting a competitive pay package and safe working conditions. I was able to secure exciting contracts in places I wanted to go and it made my time as a travel RN time I will never forget.

Love MSSI. On boarding is easy and my recruiter has been fantastic with communication and support. I had one single issue with payroll ever and it was quickly resolved. I recommend MSSI to all of my friends looking for a reliable agency.
