This is a real church where they are not playing church. Pastor Steve Brown is a man of God, who preaches and teaches the gospel. He believes and practices what he preaches. If you are wanting to meet the Lord Jesus and find the true born again experience, come and hear the gospel proclaimed, for "the gospel is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes..."
There are no shortcuts or altar calls with a sinner's prayer. Such things only mislead people.

Those seeking to know the Lord are welcome: Families, singles, children, and seniors. Be prepared to be challenged as this is not like most churches that are just looking for warm bodies to fill pews and a bigger offering. Jesus is looking for disciples who will give their all and follow him for their whole lives. He gave everything for you and with the help of God, we can give Him everything and give up all our sins. But without His assistance, no one can become a Christian or walk with God.

In most churches, you need not be born again in reality to be a member, just profess you believe in Jesus. You can be a Sunday school teacher or board member or leader of any kind without truly knowing Christ. Such hypocrisy is commonplace. You will be encouraged to live honestly and sincerely in this present evil world and the Lord will bless you as you follow Him.

You will not be comfortable here if you are comfortable in most churches. There is a different gospel and a different spirit in most churches, but they are not of God. God's way is wonderful and good and holy and we must take up the cross, willing to suffer for Christ in this present evil world. There is only one way to follow Jesus and only one way to heaven. There are not a thousand denominations in heaven, there are only Christians who love and follow the Lord Jesus. "Straight is the gate and narrow is the way that leads to life and few there be that find it."

This is not a place to come for those who are half hazard about seeking for the truth about God. However, for anyone who wants a real experience with the Living God, who has real needs and sins and problems that only an all powerful Savior can cure and cleanse this is the place for you. If you think you are a good person I don't think I would recommend it, but if you have inner turmoil and faults and struggles with wanting to do what is right in the present evil culture, but lacking the power and ability to do it because you yourself feel the pull of evil in your own heart, this is a place to come find aid from God's Word and the Holy Spirit. This is a good place to hear how God helps those who cry out to Him with a repentant and sincere heart through the love He has shown humanity by the life, death and resurrection of His Son Jesus Christ, and how God does not require us to earn His favor. I would recommend it for anyone that is serious about knowing the truth of God's Word, and about figuring out how to obey it and apply it in the present day and age in which we live (which is not an easy thing to do). Those with doubts, questions, or a heart seeking for truth about God in a world gone mad will enjoy the sincerity, love, and care shown here. But don't go if you are looking for a social club, or if you don't like feeling convicted or having your toes stepped on!! This place is not for social networking. And you will hear hard truths you probably would rather avoid if you could. So be warned, and enjoy! God bless.
